The idea for My Training Journey began to take shape during our joint training sessions, which became numerous over the years – with no shortage of sweat and laughter.
Our journey began with a shared mission: to help people find their own way to move and improve their health – one small step at a time.
We coach and support exercisers of all levels every day to find a sustainable and enjoyable approach to exercise. Whether you are a beginner or a more experienced gym user, our goal is to guide and encourage you to make exercise a natural part of your life.
We believe that every workout, no matter how short, is a step towards better health and well-being. All of our programming is designed to meet your needs, focusing on proper technique and clear instructions.
