I am a trained and experienced coach, but above all, I am a person living an everyday life – just like you.
I have been involved in founding and owning a CrossFit gym and have been coaching CrossFit and functional training since 2013. Since 2017, I have also been coaching mother-baby workouts. I continue to actively coach both groups. Over the years, I have had the opportunity to work with hundreds of different people – from beginners to experienced exercisers, from busy parents to goal-oriented athletes.
I have five wonderful children, and as a mother, I live a completely normal, often busy family and work life. I love exercise, but I also know what it feels like when time is short, energy levels fluctuate, and yet in your heart you want to feel better, move more, and cope with everyday life.

I have traveled my own path with exercise. I have experienced overtraining and a phase where exercise was more about escape and performance than well-being—even obsessive. Those experiences taught me a lot: about listening to my body, recognizing my limits, and that well-being does not come from extremes.

Nowadays, exercise is not just training for me. It is a way to breathe, recover, strengthen myself, and connect with myself. Exercise supports my life – it does not take it away. This is the balance I want to convey to others: gentle but effective movement that fits into real life and goes a long way.

As a coach, I want to be gentle but honest, encouraging but realistic. I want to help people find exercise that supports their lives – not burdens them further. I believe that everyone can find a way to exercise when it is flexible and suits their life situation. I want to be an inspiring coach who has something to offer everyone – whether you are just starting out, returning to exercise, or looking for a balance between exercise and everyday life.

In digital coaching, the quality of the program is everything. As a coach, I am analytically straightforward: I am only interested in what works in practice. Every program in the My Training Journey app is the result of long-term development work. I combine the practical skills of a certified personal trainer with the in-depth understanding of human physiology, recovery, and safety gained from my studies in sports medicine.

My philosophy is simple: train effectively, safely, and with a good attitude. My goal is that when you follow our programs, you will be more energetic, stronger, and more productive in your everyday life.
My Training Journey is not just another training app for me. It is my life's work, into which I channel all the knowledge and experience I have accumulated over the years.

Jessica and I founded this service because we wanted to offer a genuinely different approach to training. I believe that training does not have to be boring and complicated or require hours of your day. It should be effective, time-efficient, and above all, safe—and it should be possible to do anywhere.

This is not just empty talk, but is clearly evident in how the workouts are structured:
-
The movements are varied and keep you interested.
-
The progressions are built with patience, so that development is upward and safe.
-
Each program has been tested in practice many times. We know that they really work.

Glad to have you on this Journey with us!
